Frequently asked questions
Which resolution should I choose?
1080p is a good default. The browser uses the closest resolution your camera supports; check the Webcam test to see what yours delivers.
Why is the video dark or choppy?
Webcams lower the frame rate in dim light. Add light in front of you, and close other apps that use the camera.
Is the recording uploaded?
No. Recording happens in your browser and the file is only saved when you download it.
