    Frequently asked questions

Where can the form be filled in?

In Adobe Acrobat Reader, browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox), macOS Preview and most mobile PDF apps. You can also use our Fill PDF forms tool.

    How do dropdown options work?

Enter the choices separated by commas, e.g. "Yes, No, Maybe". The default value must match one of them.

    Why do field names matter?

Names identify the fields when data is exported or filled automatically. Use short, unique names like "first_name".
