      Frequently asked questions

      Will my image be stretched?

      Not with "Fit within" or when "Keep aspect ratio" is on. Turn it off only if you really need an exact width and height.

      What size do social networks need?

      Common sizes: Instagram 1080 × 1350, a Facebook or X post 1200 × 675, a YouTube thumbnail 1280 × 720, a profile picture 400 × 400.

      Can I make an image larger?

      Yes, but enlarging cannot add detail, so the result looks softer. Shrinking always keeps it sharp.
