      Frequently asked questions

      Why is noise suppression turned off?

      The voice recorder keeps the original sound so music and instruments are not damaged. Record in a quiet room and keep the microphone 10–20 cm from your mouth.

      How do I get an MP3?

      Press the MP3 button after recording. The conversion runs in your browser; the first time, the conversion engine (about 31 MB) is downloaded once.

      Is there a time limit?

      No fixed limit. Recordings are kept in memory until you download them, so very long sessions need free memory.
