    Frequently asked questions

    The meter does not move.

Check hardware mute switches, the input level in your OS sound settings and that the right device is selected. Another app may also be holding the microphone.

What do echo cancellation and noise suppression do?

They are browser filters used for calls. Turn them off to hear the raw signal of the microphone.

Is my voice recorded on a server?

No. Audio is processed in your browser and recordings stay in memory until you download or close the page.
