    HEIC to JPG

    Runs locally

Add one or many HEIC photos and convert them to JPG. Everything happens on your device.

    How to use

    1. Choose or drop HEIC/HEIF photos (you can add many at once).
    2. Keep JPG or pick another format, and set the quality.
    3. Press Convert, then download each photo or all of them as a ZIP.

    Frequently asked questions

    Why are iPhone photos HEIC?

iPhones save photos as HEIC because it takes about half the space of JPG at the same quality. Many Windows programs, websites and older devices still cannot open it, so JPG is the safe choice for sharing.

    Are my photos uploaded?

No. The HEIC decoder runs in your browser, so the photos never leave your device. That also makes it fast for large batches.

    Is the location removed?

Yes. The converted files do not include EXIF data such as GPS location and camera model. The photo is rotated correctly before conversion.

How do I stop my iPhone from making HEIC?

Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible. New photos are then saved as JPG.
