      Get the tables of a PDF as an Excel file. Works best with PDFs created from Excel, accounting software or reports.

      How to use

      1. Choose or drop a PDF with tables.
      2. Choose one sheet per page or everything in one sheet.
      3. Press Convert to Excel and check the preview. The XLSX opens in Excel, LibreOffice and Google Sheets.

      Frequently asked questions

      How accurate is the table detection?

      Rows and columns are detected from where the text sits on the page. Clean tables from reports and invoices convert well. Merged cells, rotated text and tables without clear gaps between columns may need some manual fixing.

      My PDF is scanned.

      Scanned pages contain images, not text. Run OCR PDF first, then convert the result to Excel.

      Are numbers kept as numbers?

      Yes, values such as 1,234.56, 1.234,56 and (250) are converted to numbers so you can calculate with them. Percentages stay as text. Turn the option off to keep everything as text.
