All hardware tests on this site run in your browser. Camera images, microphone audio, keystrokes, mouse movements and sensor data are processed on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Most PDF tools also run entirely in your browser. A few conversions use our server: Office to PDF, PDF to PowerPoint, PDF to PDF/A and the “Keep layout” mode of PDF to Word upload the file for conversion. It is deleted right after the conversion and is not stored.

The AI PDF tools (summarize, translate, chat) send the text extracted from your document to our server, which passes it to the Claude API of Anthropic. We do not store the text or the answers, and Anthropic does not use API data to train its models.

Some network tests contact other services directly from your browser: public DNS resolvers (DNS speed test), Amazon Web Services endpoints (ping regions), Google and Cloudflare STUN servers (WebRTC leak test) and ipify (IPv6 test).

If you choose to add your benchmark result to the comparison, only the scores, the device type and the graphics processor name are stored, without your IP address.

Your theme, language and test results are saved in your browser (local storage). You can delete results on the My results page or clear everything from your browser settings.

Our server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and to keep the service running. They are deleted after a limited period.

Advertising partners may use cookies to show and measure ads. Where the law requires it, you will be asked for consent first and you can change your choice later.
